These Terms & Conditions apply when you pre-order an item from regreat™ Lab. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please ensure you read and understand all the conditions before submitting your Orders.

Placing a pre-order

Pre-orders are orders for items that have yet to be produced. They are collected and will be made when the minimum quantity for production is met at the end of the collection period. Pre-order is a sustainable way to collect orders before production. If the minimum order quantity is met within the specified timeframe, your order will be processed and shipped accordingly.

Payments

Pre-order payments do not guarantee the availability of the item. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. When you place a pre-order, you must pay the total upfront price for the item. You may cancel your pre-order and get a full refund for your pre-order payments before the item is despatched.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped to you when items are produced, subject to availability. Delivery will take longer in some areas. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date. Pre-orders may take 3 to 5 months to be processed and delivered. Please note that this timeline is subject to meeting the minimum order quantity. Sometimes, the ordered items will arrive later due to several factors.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a pre-order at any time for any or no reason before we notify you that the items have been despatched. If cancellation occurs before the despatch notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pre-order payment.

Refunds

If pre-orders cannot be fulfilled, refunds will be processed automatically using the original payment method.
